What's the difference between a minor and a major service?

A minor service covers 8 regular points. That's oil and oil filter change, AC and air filter cleaning, tyre inspection, a multi-point and computer check-up, and a body wash. A major service includes all of these plus 8 more. That's wheel balancing, tyre rotation, brake servicing, a basic electrical and full AC inspection, AC gas top-up, and coolant or engine oil flushing if needed.

Why does my car need a service if it runs fine?

Most wear happens slowly and without warning. Oil loses its protection, filters clog and brake pads thin out long before you notice anything. A regular service catches this while it is still cheap to fix.

How often should I service my car in Dubai?

As a guide, a minor service every 10,000 km and a major service every 40,000 km. Your car's service book has the exact schedule, and we follow it.

How long does a service take?

A minor service usually takes 1–2 hours and a major service 4–6 hours. Most cars are ready the same day.

The price depends on your car, because engine size, oil grade and parts differ a lot between models. Send us your car's make, model and year on WhatsApp and we'll reply with an exact price.

Drive suits most cars driven around the city. Drive Plus adds one more minor service and a bigger discount for people who drive a lot. Drive Max has two major services and the biggest discount, made for high-mileage and high-performance cars.

Do the services in a package expire?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no expiry date. You use each service when your car is due, within the kilometres your package covers.

What does the package discount apply to?

Accepted Answer

Your discount (5%, 10% or 15%, depending on the package) is taken off parts and labour. We confirm the details with you when you buy the package.

Will you replace parts without asking me?

Accepted Answer

No. If we find something that needs work beyond the service, we send you photos and a price first. Nothing extra is done without your OK.

Which engine oil do you use?
